Join the Founding Advisory Panel at Cura
The Model: Strategic Input, Social Reach & Share Options
As we scale our vision, we recognise the necessity of surrounding ourselves with exceptional domain experts who bring strategic rigour, global networks, and lived experience of building, scaling, and funding transformative ventures.
To that end, we are formalising a Cura Advisory Panel — a constellation of active, aligned, and engaged advisors who will support our journey by contributing their time, influence, and insight in exchange for equity participation.
Below are our core founding roles — each includes responsibilities, who we’re looking for, what success looks like, and what we offer.
Time Commitment
Advisors are asked to contribute 0.5 days per month (c. 4 hours) comprising:
Key Commitments:
- Quarterly advisory board sessions (virtual)
- 1:1 or small-group strategic consults
- Asynchronous feedback on materials and strategy
Brand & Network Advocacy
Each advisor acts as a public-facing advocate of Cura, by:
- Promoting our story and milestones via their social media (min. 1 post/quarter)
- Introducing potential hires, speakers, partners, or investors within their field
- Participating in thought leadership events or curated brand experiences
Equity Participation
In return, advisors receive:
- 0.1%–0.25% of equity (non-voting share options) vesting over 12–24 months
- Structured through a clear, standardised share option agreement
- Option to expand role into NED, operational, or investment participation based on evolving mutual interest
