Cura is building a movement: a global network of premium, purpose-led wellness retreats designed specifically for ambitious, health-conscious remote professionals. Over the next 5–10 years, we plan to launch 10 flagship sanctuaries in some of the world’s most beautiful destinations — each blending co-living, co-working, high-performance fitness, mental health support, nutrition, and a powerful sense of community.

We Are Hiring Founding Leaders
Below are our core founding roles — each includes responsibilities, who we’re looking for, what success looks like, and what we offer.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Purpose: Lead Cura’s global vision, strategy, fundraising and brand presence. Be the heartbeat and storyteller of our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve Cura’s long-term strategy.
- Build investor relationships and secure capital.
- Forge partnerships with real estate, wellness and tech players.
- Hire and inspire the leadership team.
- Be Cura’s external spokesperson and thought leader.
Who You Are:
- Proven track record as a founder or senior leader scaling hospitality, wellness, or community brands.
- Demonstrable fundraising and investor management experience.
- Strong communicator and storyteller.
- Deep commitment to wellness, sustainability and social impact.
Key Targets:
- Secure seed and Series A funding.
- Open first flagship within 18 months.
- Build a high-performing leadership team with <10% annual attrition.
What We Offer:
- Salary: £120k–£180k
- Equity: 2–5% with standard vesting
