Role Overview
As the Cheif Operating Officer you will own Cura’s global operations and multi-site rollout playbook. Over the next 5–10 years, we plan to launch 10 flagship sanctuaries in some of the world’s most beautiful destinations — each blending co-living, co-working, high-performance fitness, mental health support, nutrition, and a powerful sense of community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop SOPs and operational frameworks.
- Oversee site launches (timeline, budget, staffing).
- - Recruit and manage local GMs and site teams. -
- Monitor KPIs for guest experience and unit economics.
- Report on performance to CEO and investors.
Key Targets:
- Open first 3 sites within budget.
- Achieve 80%+ occupancy.
- Maintain gross margin >60%.
- Guest NPS >75.
Ideal Profile:
- 7–10 years leading multi-site hospitality or wellness operations.
- Track record of opening and scaling premium destinations.
- Obsessed with service standards and operational excellence.
- Strong team leadership with a human-first, emotionally intelligent approach
- Operational acumen and comfort working with tech, data, and guest feedback
- Public speaking & facilitation skills; able to lead sessions and briefings
- A global mindset, cultural fluency, and passion for regenerative living
