Global People & Culture Director
Purpose: Shape a thriving culture, hire brilliant talent and keep Cura values alive at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Cura’s HR policies, DEI practices, and cultural rituals.
- Lead recruitment for central and local teams.
- Drive onboarding, training and retention programs.
- Monitor and report on employee engagement.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years in people leadership at mission-driven hospitality or lifestyle brands.
- Track record of building inclusive, high-performing teams.
- Empathetic, solution-focused, culture champion.
Key Targets:
- Fill first 50 hires within plan.
- Maintain <10% turnover.
- Employee satisfaction >80%.
- Full compliance with all labor laws.
What We Offer:
- Salary: £80k–£120k
